Catering to the stresses of new parents, VF Corporation announced an eight-week paid parental leave policy, effective May 1, 2019, for all employees in the US who have completed one year of service. As part of this program, the company announced additional disability benefits for the birth mother.
Employee financial wellness platform ZayZoon announced this week that it has raised $15 million for its Early Wages On-Demand and Employee Wellness Program. Serving over 2 million employees across the US and Canada, ZayZoon, plans on using these funds to continue the development of its financial wellness platform and employee benefits programs.
