Talmetrix, Inc., a Cincinnati-based employee feedback and talent analytics firm, today announced the acquisition of Critical Metrics LLC, a Seattle-based boutique consulting firm specializing in employee engagement and human capital ROI. The acquisition complements Talmetrix’s existing SaaS employee survey and reporting platform to include strategic guidance and associated support for talent-related initiatives.
Critical Metrics uses measurement and analytics to assist companies in better understanding how their employees impact their business. Serving Fortune 1000 companies across a broad spectrum of industries, Critical Metrics has conducted over one million surveys since its inception in 2004. The business will extend Talmetrix’s service offering to include focus on improving organizational culture, manager and team effectiveness, and identifying the key drivers of why people stay and succeed at work.
Through its cloud-based technology platform and advisory services, Talmetrix provides comprehensive talent insight solutions through a variety of organizational, talent and life-cycle surveys. In addition, the company offers research and analytics solutions encompassing talent data integration, mining, reporting, and analysis. The acquisition increases Talmetrix’s scale while adding experienced management talent with similar client-focused operating strategies.
